EXCHANGE POLICY:

Our returns policy lasts 7 days working from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you have received your parcel, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 If we sent you the wrong item by mistake and you’d like to exchange it then we have reverse pickup Facility, where you product will be picked from your doorstep and exchanged order will be sent to your free of cost. Additionally, if you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you’ll need to ship it back to us at your own expense through any courier company to our Address: Office#7, 2nd Floor, Main commercial Plaza, PCSIR Phase 2, Lahore. you may also contact us at era4apparel@gmail.com or Contact on Exchange Department on 0310-4342404

Important : Exchanges / returns will ONLY be processed if the returned merchandise is unused / unwashed and with all original accessories i.e tags, labels & poly bag etc.

 NOTE: “As per International Standards Up to 1 Inch Difference In Specs is Tolerable”

 Steps for Exchange:

 Please follow below steps for exchange.

 Step#1: Pack the product in its original package with accompanying tags.

Step#2: You will be required to ship/deliver the packet to our office address (Address mentioned Above).

Step#3: Once we receive the product, we will send the new order on Zero COD (depending on the availability).

Step#4: Please note that this process may take 4-6 working days once we receive back the previously sent product.

 RETURN POLICY:

If you find your product unsatisfactory and wish to get refund, simply follow below steps.

 Step#1:   Send/courier us the product at our Office address (Address mentioned Above).

Step#2: Once we receive the product and confirmed that the product is unused and all the tags are attached, we will refund your amount.

Step#3: If you wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer or Easy paisa or Jazz cash.
